Wisconsin Rises To No. 5 In Uscho Poll After Beating Minnesota

After an exciting weekend in which the Badgers beat the No. 1 Minnesota Golden Gophers, the Badgers jumped the most in the USCHO poll rankings for the second week in a row.

This time, the Badgers jumped from No. 14 to No. 5, passing Minnesota, which fell to No. 6 in the week's biggest drop.

The Badgers also got five first-place points, which is the third most in the country.

This is the USCHO Poll's Top 10 for the week of October 30th. The votes for first place are in parentheses.

They will play No. 4 Michigan at home on Friday in their first top-five game of the season.

Since 2010, this is the first time that a top-five game has been held at the Kohl Center.
