Veggie Delights For Effective Weight Loss

1. Spinach

Spinach is great in Mason-jar salads, lupini bean salads, and green smoothies.

2. Broccoli

Tossed in some good quality olive oil and seasonings, roasted broccoli is one of my favorite side dishes. 


Prepare healthful dishes like steak with broccoli or roasted cauliflower and broccoli.

3. Spaghetti squash

If you can get your hands on some winter squash, do so. It's a great low-cal substitute for the usual spaghetti.

4. Brussels sprouts

Prepare Brussels sprouts in a variety of ways, including as grilled, sautéed with a grape honey sauce, or shredded and sautéed.
